The Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine is a Los Angeles Business Council Award Winner

We are pleased to announce the Los Angeles Business Council has presented The Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine with a 51st Annual Los Angeles Architecture Award.

For over 80 years, LABC’s 500+ members represent business and civic leaders from all industry sectors who are focused on innovative public policy that strengthens our economy while improving quality of life for all of us.

The Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, located in Pasadena, California, is designed as an entire campus within the building. The 80,000-sf building houses simulation, flex classrooms, cafeteria, lecture hall, computer center, small group learning, collaboration zones, and outdoor recreation areas to create “the school of medicine as a laboratory.”
